Good day, all,

Well, most of you who have carelessly stumbled across this page are probably wondering what in the world it is?

Basically, The Directorian, as I like to call it, is a weekly blog.

What's so exciting about that? I hear you ask. Well, The Directorian is different from the usual teenage angst around these places. It is, quite simply, a weekly bulletin of all things film related whether it be a review of an Indie Picture, some breaking news or just random shit, you can always rely on The Directorian to bring you just what you wanted on that rainy Sunday afternoon.

As much as I like to promise things, I cannot promise that this will keep. It needs support of people to read it and maybe even join The Directorian mailing list I am thinking of setting up. However, if I intend to be away for any extended amount of time, I will be sure to let you know.

Basically The Directorian aims to bring you movie reviews. Some films will be new, some old and some inbetween. So, what do we have in store?

NEXT WEEK:
Next week we have a review of The Libertine, the semi-new picture starring Johnny Depp, John Malkovich and Samantha Morton, directed by commercials director Laurence Dumnore. Below you'll catch a trailer of The Libertine as sourced from youtube.net. Be patient as it may take a while to load depending on your connection speed.
Note: This is only just being reviewed because it only just came out in Australia (where I live) last week and I was sick so couldn't see it when it first came out. Sorry for the delay.

Until next time,
Yours in film,
-Emily.
xxx
